For my research into current motion graphics I used youtube to find comtemporary and old examples of film titles so that I could make a comparison between them to know how much they have changed since films began being produced or at least mass produced.
The first one I looked at was a typography themed sequence for the film pulp fiction. This video features text and a soundtrack.
The next video I checked out which appealed to me was this one, its better than the first one because it employs more techniques and modes of visual communication such as video, text, soundtrack, 3d animation and after effects.
This third video is simular to the one above but also features several more different methods of portraying the artists image to the viewer, the included methods are video, text, soundtrack, 3d animation, after effects along with stop motion and features lots of typography.
This is a quick demo of how film titles have evolved since films have been made. im sure this video will explain itself.
This video caught my attention after watching it cause it has a lot of terminology in it and things which relate to making movies. it also features all effective methods of visual communication by using video, text, soundtrack, images and 3d.
